Planning for this years Tbilisimarathon is well underway and we are not currently considering to postpone or cancel it. However, considering the ongoing pandemic, there is always a chance that in case of fast and dramatic growth of infection cases we may find ourselves in a situation where we might have to cancel the event. Therefore, for full disclosure, we want to inform you in advance and ask you to take into consideration that in case the event gets cancelled, registration fee cannot be returned. The fee will be automatically fully transferred to our beneficiary.
WHAT RACES ARE THERE ?
There is a 10-km-run and a Half Marathon(21.097 km.). For children there is a 500-meter-race and a 1.000-meter-race.

IS THERE AN AWARD CEREMONY ?
Yes, at 11:30 h in front of the Classic Gymnasium. We honor the overall winner of the 10-km run and the half marathon for the ladies and the gentlemen.

You cannot register on the race day
WHAT DOES IT COST TO ATTEND AND HOW DO I PAY THE FEE ?
Participation in the 10km run costs 30 GEL and the half marathon 40 GEL. The kids races are free of charge. Registration is available online on our web-site. You can make a payment online (by visa/mastercard) while registering.
HOW IS MY RUNNING TIME MEASURED ?
Your personal net time is measured with an electronic transponder system that meets international requirements. The transponder is located on the back of your race number. Do not break this, please.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY RACE KIT ?
You can pick up your race numbers on 23rd of September from 11:00AM to 21:00PM and on - 24th September from 09:00AM to 21:00PM. On Shota Rustaveli Avenue, in front of Parliament building.
WHERE CAN I PARK ?
We kindly ask you to come by public transport. There is parking in the vicinity of the start and finish area. Please keep in mind that on the race day roads are closed.
CAN I CORRECT MY DATA AFTER REGISTRATION ?
Yes, we can correct it. You can approach our information desks or contact us via email.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY REGISTRATION ?
Yes, you will receive the confirmation of your registration on your email as well as message (Only for Georgian numbers) on the mobile number that you have indicated in the registration form.
ARE THERE STARTING BLOCKS ?
There are both for the 10-km race and the half marathon starting blocks. Please line up fair and honest.

WHERE ARE THE START AND FINISH POINTS LOCATED AND WHEN THE RACE STARTS?

WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR HALF MARATHON REGISTERED RUNNERS TO MAKE A 10K RUN ?
If you have signed up for the Half marathon, and finish only a 10 KM lap your results will not be included in the ranking. A refund of the entry fee is not possible.
WHERE IS THE COURSE ?
All the running routes pass through the center of Tbilisi. For the actual route, please visit Map Section.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE ?
If you do not pick up your race documents in time your race number will be expired. A refund of the fee is not possible. Please be on time!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM SICK ON RACE DAY ?
If you are sick on the day, we recommend you not to participate in a run. Your race number then unfortunately loses its validity.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE RESULTS BE PUBLISHED ?
The results of the race will be published during the race day on our website. You can print your personal certificate.
ARE THERE ANY REFRESHMENTS ON THE COURSE ?
Refreshment stands:
10 km run: at km 4.4 and after the finish line
Half marathon: at km 4.4, at 10.5 km and after the finish line
I CAN NOT MAKE THE RACE. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
At the end of the field drives the so-called emergency . If you do not see yourself in a position to finish the half marathon within the maximum time of 3:00, please ask for returning to the finish area with the emergency car. A refund of the entry fee is not possible.
MY RACE RESULT IS NOT CORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO ?
If you think that your result is not correct, please come on the race day to the Trouble Desk or send us an email. We will attend to your concerns promptly.
IS THERE A FINISHER MEDAL AND A CERTIFICATE ?
You get a special medal right after you have crossed the finish line. Your personal certificate is available on this site in the course of the race day under Results ready to be printed.
IS THERE ANY TOURISTIC PROGRAMS FOR FOREIGNERS ?

IS THERE A LOST PROPERTY OFFICE ?
If you have lost something or find something, then you can approach to our Information Desk.
ARE THERE LOCKERS AVAILABLE ?
For the duration of the race you can store your belongings in specially settled location for Tbilisimarathon . Please attach the sticker that you get with the starting documents on your bag. By presenting your Bib number, you get a right to pick up your bag. The storage is guarded however we have no liability on any of your lost belongings.
