TbilisiMarathon 2024 was held on September 22 and once again became one of the most significant sports events in Georgia. Both Georgian and international runners took part in the marathon. For the first time this year, 3,500 adults registered before the official registration deadline.

In 2020 we had to cancel the traditional format of the Tbilisi Marathon, but we came back with the digital challenge format, in which anyone could participate, from anywhere in the world! All you had to do was to Download the app - Strava, join the online challengen and RUN! After downloading, once you run just 1 kilometer you were automatically in! With more mileage, you would contribute even more to the beneficiary. The total goal was to collectively reach 500,000 kilometers! We had exactly one month to achieve the common goal

Overall 2710 runners from 55 countries and 500 kids participated in 7th Heidelbergcement Tbilisimarathon! 1683 crossed the finishline. Money collected from the registrations was doubled by HeidelbergCement and transfered to the beneficiary. Hence every participant of Tbilisimarathon was involved in charity.

Overall 2758 runners from 54 countries and 500 kids participated in 7th Heidelbergcement Tbilisimarathon! 1419 crossed the finishline. Money collected from the registrations (45 495 GEL) was doubled by HeidelbergCement and transfered to the beneficiary. Hence every participant of Tbilisimarathon was involved in charity.

TbilisiMarathon 2017 was a huge success. 120 teams, 51 countries and overall 2258 runners registered. 1195 crossed the finishline. Money collected from the registrations (31 435 GEL) was doubled by HeidelbergCement and transfered to the beneficiary. 

The 5thTbilisiMarathon organized by Heidelbergcement was held on October 23, 2016 in Tbilisi city center. With popularity, this year the event has gained much more scale. Exclusively for the event international guests from up to 50 countries visited Georgia.

In 2015 TbilisiMarathon with 4 years history became an international annual sport event and at the same time a very successful social project organized by HeidelbergCement. Tbilisimarathon was held on October 25th, 2015 and it moved from Tbilisi Sea to the city center!

On the 26th of October 2013, HeidelbergCement, one of the biggest investors in Georgia and a leader in building materials production held the second half marathon around Tbilisi Sea, branded as “TBILISIMARATHON”. The event was dedicated to charity and healthy lifestyle promotion.
